What Blossoms Behind the Scenes

Where Our Flowers Come From

The heart of our work begins in the soil. Most of the blooms for your wedding are grown right our Santa Rosa farmette—harvested at their peak for unmatched freshness, color, and life. When a design calls for varieties we don’t grow, we partner with trusted local farms who share our values. This keeps your flowers seasonal, sustainable, and true to the North Bay landscape.

Seasonality & Flower Requests

We love when couples share the flowers and colors that speak to them. Because we work with fresh local blooms, we always prioritize varieties that thrive in our climate. If a requested flower isn’t in season or doesn’t grow well here, we’ll suggest a substitution that fits your palette and often surpasses the original idea. Seasonality is one of our greatest strengths—it makes your flowers feel intentional, alive, and unique.

Availability Through the Seasons

There are months when the fields are overflowing and months when the land naturally rests. During quieter seasons, we may supplement with domestic flowers from trusted growers outside our immediate region. No matter the month, your designs will reflect the spirit of the season and the authenticity of farm-grown artistry.

Wedding Minimums & Services

We specialize in full-service wedding floral artistry beginning at $5,000. This ensures we can create the cohesive, immersive floral experience our couples come to us for—personal flowers, thoughtful ceremony design, lush reception styling, and on-site installation. For couples looking for something more DIY, we also offer Buckets of Blooms (two-bucket minimum) during peak growing season.

Booking Your Date

To reserve your date, we require a $500 non-refundable retainer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding. We take on a limited number of weddings each season so we can design deeply and intentionally for every couple.

Budget-Friendly Tips

Thoughtful design can stretch your budget without sacrificing beauty: • Pick up at the farm instead of delivery or setup. • Repurpose ceremony arrangements for the reception. • Use bridesmaids bouquets as centerpiece accents. These choices maximize impact while staying aligned with your vision.

Vases, Vessels & Rentals

Centerpiece vessels are yours to keep unless otherwise noted. If we provide specialty pieces that must be returned, we’ll let you know well in advance.
