Our Pricing Philosophy

At Moonlight Blooms Farm, we price our flowers the same way traditional florists do because locally grown flowers are not a shortcut. They're an upgrade. Growing flowers is labor intensive, and many of the heirloom and specialty varieties we love require far more care than flowers grown for the global cut flower market.

The difference isn't the price. It's knowing where your flowers came from, when they were harvested, and that they were grown for your wedding season. Instead of flowers that have traveled thousands of miles through the global floral supply chain, you'll have blooms harvested at their peak, designed around the natural rhythm of the season, and arranged with a level of freshness, fragrance, and movement that's difficult to achieve with imported flowers.

Our goal is to create flowers that feel deeply personal to your wedding while providing honest, transparent pricing from the very beginning. We believe planning your wedding flowers should feel exciting, not stressful, and we want you to have the information you need to make thoughtful decisions with confidence.

Wedding Minimums & Services

Full service weddings begin at a $5,000 minimum investment. This allows us to provide the thoughtful design, personalized planning, on site installation, and seamless service that create a cohesive floral experience from your first bouquet to the final centerpiece.

For couples planning a more intimate celebration, we also offer Buckets of Blooms (two bucket minimum during peak wedding season), giving you the flexibility to incorporate fresh, seasonal flowers into your day.

Booking Your Date

To reserve your wedding date, a $500 non refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding.

Because our flowers are grown and designed with intention, we accept a limited number of weddings each season. This allows us to give every couple the creativity, attention, and care their celebration deserves.

  • Most do. We grow the majority of our flowers on our Santa Rosa farm. When we need additional blooms, we source from trusted local growers who share our values. We avoid imported flowers whenever possible.

  • Absolutely. We love hearing what flowers and colors inspire you. If a particular flower isn't in season or doesn't grow well in our climate, we'll recommend beautiful alternatives that capture the same feeling while staying true to the season.

  • Every season has something beautiful to offer. During quieter months we thoughtfully supplement our farm flowers with blooms from trusted domestic growers so your wedding always reflects the beauty of the season.

  • Our full service wedding minimum is $5,000. This allows us to provide the personalized design, planning, installation, and attention to detail that define the Moonlight Blooms experience.

  • We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs. A signed contract and $500 non refundable retainer reserve your date. The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding. Because we take on a limited number of weddings each season, we recommend booking as early as possible.

  • We recommend booking 9 to 18 months before your wedding, especially for spring and fall dates. Because we accept a limited number of weddings each season, popular weekends often book well in advance.
